Calm, cool, collected? Sound like a fairy tale? It's not!

You CAN feel cool as a cucumber during this making-dinner-every-day-business, and I have a few steps to help get you there!

Three Simple Steps

  • Work with your schedule: Identify your extra-busy times, be protective of your schedule
  • Work with your people: Use kitchen time to connect with your family, great time for kids to learn life skills (work yourself out of a job?!)
  • Set boundaries in the kitchen: Too many cooks in the kitchen is a real problem. Not only is it frustrating - but it can be unsafe as well! Having the kids help is great, but mental and physical boundaries are important so things don't get too frazzled.
