It's pretty easy to look back and see that you've accomplished a long list of things over a big period of time.
What's challenging is seeing the day-to-day accomplishments. It's hard to see it when you're in the moment.

Goals need to be S-M-A-R-T:
Writing things down and keeping track of the bites you are taking is super important!
Have a dream. Make a plan. Set some deadlines. Start taking bites.
Think about the different goals and dreams you have for your life, and why you haven't done anything with them. Flip it into a positive that you CAN make it happen. Stop that inner monologue that's telling you it will just never happen.
